Motivation in management entails determining the best way to achieve business goals or working towards achieving desired outcomes. The journal, Motivational theories: critical analysis is a type of organizational behavior journal that aims at explaining early and modern theories of motivation (Haque et al., 2014). One of the outstanding aspects of this article is that it has tried to find commonalities of the theories of motivation. The study applied secondary sources of information in its methodology. The research design applied is descriptive and qualitative in nature. Some of the motivation theories discussed in the journal include Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, Herzberg motivation, and expectancy theory.

Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Kuma, Japan had the Fukushima Daiichi reactor explosion in 2011 The incident's root cause was the 2011 Tohuku earthquake, which triggered a tsunami estimated to be 13-14 meter high (Ikehara, 2021). Technological know-how Exhibitions are an effective tool for tech research and education, both in the production and design phases as well as in the casual settings of science facilities and science museums, as they're used to promote casual learning in traffic. The early civilizations were very similar in many ways. For the Indus Valley Civilization, however, it stands out to be different from others in multiple ways. The focus of this paper is a comparison between Mesopotamia civilization and that of Indus Valley. In particular, the discussion will look at the enigmatic nature of the Indus civilization and the stark difference with the Mesopotamia counterpart. The Mesopotamia civilization was led by religious leaders. They were referred to as priests and were considered divine. The leaders were responsible in solving disputes. The Indus Valley on the other has no evidence of ruler ship. It is unclear how the hierarchy of leadership in Indus Valley was.

Mainstream economics is concerned with the study of how human beings make decisions under conditions of limited resources and beliefs that the market is moved by an invisible hand and all the actors are rational. It mainly focuses on individualism as opposed to the holistic framework, microeconomics as opposed to macroeconomics, consumption as opposed to production, mathematical methods and formal rationality as opposed to realistic rationality and statistical methods (Lecture 04). On the other hand, Heterodox economics analyzes economic principles outside the mainstream economic school of thought. Under this, individuals are viewed as social beings influenced by the environment they are in, which includes their social class as well as culture (Lecture 04).

Shakespeare often interweaves the theme of love in his stories through his utilization of love languages. He often juxtaposes passionate love with uncontrollable conflicts through his own elaboration of language devices and images. “Sonnet 130” is his famous sonnet to his mistress, the portrait of the lady is shown through a series of poetic languages. Likewise, in “Twelfth Night”, romantic love is also the main theme in the play with love and pain leading to a happy ending. As a result, although Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 130” and “Twelfth Night” are not discussing love precisely the same way, Shakespeare explores several conventions with the utilization of love language, through the use of diction, sentence structure, and utilization of poetic devices including similes and metaphors.
