Eligibility Criteria

  • Must not hold Polish citizenship or apply for it during the application process.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or be in the final year of undergraduate studies. The diploma should have been issued no earlier than 2022.
  • Must not already hold a Master’s degree.
  • Must meet language proficiency requirements:
    • For programs taught in Polish: Minimum B1 level in Polish.
    • For programs taught in English: Minimum B2 level in English.
  • Must be in good physical and mental health, supported by a medical certificate.

If applying for studies in Polish, a one-year preparatory course may be required and is also covered by the scholarship.

The Stefan Banach Scholarship is a fully funded program that includes the following financial benefits:

    • PLN 1,700 during the preparatory course (if applicable)
    • PLN 1,500 during the Master’s program
