Financial Coverage:

• Tuition Fees: Full exemption from tuition fees, including acceptance, examination, registration, and orientation fees.
• Travel Expenses: Provision of a round-trip economy class air ticket to Brunei Darussalam.
• Living Allowance: Monthly personal allowance, meal allowance, and an annual book allowance.
• Accommodation: Complimentary accommodation at the university or polytechnic's residential college.
• Baggage Allowance: Coverage for baggage expenses upon completion of the program.
• Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance for the duration of the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Open to international applicants; Bruneian citizens and permanent residents are ineligible.
• Age Requirements:
  • For Diploma and Undergraduate programs: Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old by July 1, 2025.
  • For Master's programs: Applicants must not exceed 35 years of age by July 1, 2025.
• Language Proficiency: While IELTS is not mandatory, applicants' English proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.

Application Procedure:

• Online Application: Complete the online application form available on the official website. Ensure all sections are accurately filled.
• Required Documents:
  • Certified academic transcripts and certificates.
  • Certified true copies of identification documents (e.g., passport).
  • Two reference letters from academic referees.
• Submission: Upload all required documents through the online application portal.
• Deadline: Submit the application by February 15, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting: Applications will be reviewed, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
• Interview: Assessment of academic qualifications, English proficiency, and suitability for the chosen program.
• Final Selection: Successful candidates will receive official notification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
